About Me

I began my physical therapy journey in 2015 as a career change (I previously taught college-level English literature and writing). While this background is unconventional in the PT world, I firmly believe that within every great PT is a great teacher. I am highly skilled at adapting my communication and educational methods to match the unique needs of each client.

I earned my Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Thomas Jefferson University in 2018. By the end of my training there, I knew that I wanted to specialize in pelvic health, and I completed my Women’s Health Residency at Good Shepherd Penn Partners the following year. I have worked in both a large hospital-based system and in private practice, and the pros and cons of both environments have shaped the priorities and values of my solo practice. I am passionate about educating my patients about their own bodies and making pelvic health care more accessible to all.

Outside of work, you’ll find me spending time with my husband and daughter in Collingswood, NJ, where all week long we look forward to visiting our local farmers’ market! I knit as often as possible (my mom and grandma taught me when I was 14) and am an avid collector of yarn, houseplants, favorite recipes, and more DIY house project ideas than I can ever execute. I love moving my body—strength training and running are my current go-tos, but I also love hiking, kayaking, and open-water swimming when I have the chance.
