In my patients’ own words….

  • "warm, trauma-informed, and a healthy dose of humor"

My pelvic floor loves Jenna! My journey with Jenna began with birth prep work. Even though I ultimately had an unscheduled cesarean birth, our early work together gave me much needed confidence going into labor, and it laid an important foundation for understanding how to support a healthy, functioning pelvic floor going forward in life. Since then, she has been pivotal for so many aspects of my postpartum recovery: c-section scar mobilization, tailbone dysfunction, hip instability, and more. Maybe most important for a pelvic floor therapist, her bedside manner is the perfect combination of warm, trauma-informed, and a healthy dose of humor. –HH

  • "knowledgeable, authentic, easy to talk to"

I saw Jenna for prenatal pelvic PT to prepare for the birth of my first child. I felt instantly comfortable with her and, now that I’m at term and getting ready for my birth, I feel much more confident after having worked with her. She is a very knowledgeable PT who uses a variety of methods (internal pelvic floor work, external stretching and strengthening, birth position practice, etc) to assist with birth preparation. I also found Jenna to be very authentic and easy to talk to, as did my husband, who also got to be involved in the sessions. He now feels a lot more confident in supporting me in labor after having been involved in labor positioning practice. I highly recommend her for your prenatal PT needs, whether you’re experiencing pelvic discomfort or just seeking some proactive strategies for birth prep. –IM

  • "respectful, responsive, and trans-competent"

After several unsuccessful attempts [at undergoing a gynecologic exam], my OBGYN recommended pelvic floor therapy. Thankfully I found Jenna who has been incredibly helpful in prepping me for a pap smear in my near-ish future. She has been not only incredibly helpful but also supportive and innovative in her approach to treatment. I have been able to make steady progress despite being super busy which only further speaks to her skill. Not only that, but she is also very respectful, responsive, and trans-competent.  –CK

  • "makes treatment easy and comfortable"

Dr. Jenna Lewis is amazing. I am post menopausal and arrived asking for help treating a few symptoms and learned how my troubling issues are related and fixable. Jenna makes treatment easy and comfortable. -SS

  • "thoughtful, thorough, truly next-level"

Jenna came to my home each week, bringing not just expert care, but also a calming presence that made each session something I truly looked forward to. What truly set Jenna apart was her ability to "peel back the layers" — taking the time to dig deeper into my issues rather than just treating surface symptoms. Thanks to her thoughtful and thorough approach, we were able to uncover the root causes of my discomfort and build a plan that actually made sense for my body and my life.

Because of Jenna’s dedication, patience, and incredible skill, I am now in a place where I can maintain my progress independently — something I honestly didn't think would be possible when we first started. I am beyond grateful for her help and would highly recommend Jenna to anyone looking for a physical therapist who is truly next-level. –RW

  • "excellent PT, empathetic listener, truly cares about her patients"

I am so grateful to have had Jenna as a provider throughout pregnancy and postpartum. She is an excellent PT, a kind and empathetic listener, and will provide you with a targeted plan to support your pelvic health. She will take the time to answer every single question you have because she truly cares about her patients. I feel so much better after my appointments and have exercises and strategies to support me while I’m at home, both for pelvic health and scar support. I am doing much better today because of Jenna’s support and care. I truly cannot recommend her enough! –IP

  • "made me feel at ease, explained everything, was able to pinpoint my problem in no time"

After having my 2nd child (10 years after my 1st) it was recommended I go to pelvic floor therapy for pelvic pain I was having. Although I am in the medical field, I didn't know much about it and was quite hesitant to go. But the pain wasn't subsiding. That is where I met Jenna. She is phenomenal! She made me feel at ease, explained everything, and was able to pinpoint my problem in no time at all. It has been a few months since our sessions ended, which was very sad, but I continue to do the exercises Jenna taught me. I am so grateful for her. 10/10 if you are looking for a pelvic floor therapist, she is your girl! –MB

In my patients’ own words…

“knowledgeable, authentic, easy to talk to…”

I saw Jenna for prenatal pelvic PT to prepare for the birth of my first child. I did not have pelvic discomfort, but wanted to be proactive and use PT as part of my birth prep strategy. We both really enjoyed working with Jenna and I will absolutely continue working with her when the time comes for me to seek out postpartum care. I highly recommend her for your prenatal PT needs whether you’re experiencing pelvic discomfort or just seeking some proactive strategies for birth prep. -IM

“effective, compassionate, empathetic…”

Jenna is the BEST! I saw her for pelvic floor PT for several months of my pregnancy and postpartum. She was extremely knowledgeable while also being empathetic, kind, and relatable. She made me feel listened to, comfortable, and understood. Her practices were very effective and helped me to get back to feeling like myself! She was also one of the first providers I spoke to about my somewhat traumatic delivery experience, and her compassion, warmth, empathy, and humor helped me so much during that time. I’m forever grateful for all that she did to support me during one of the most vulnerable and life-changing chapters of my life. Thank you Jenna!!! –LM

“fantastic care at every step of the way…”

She is an excellent PT, a kind and empathetic listener, and will provide you with a targeted plan to support your pelvic health, pregnancy, and postpartum. She will take the time to answer every single question you have because she truly cares about her patients. I feel so much better after my appointments and have many exercises and strategies to support me while I’m at home, both for pelvic health and scar support.
